On blogger, you don't really add friends. You can put links to your friends blogs on your blog though. Just go to your dashboard, and then to layout, and then there are different spots where you can add different links.
I haven't been too good at keeping up with my blog these past couple of weeks, but I hope to catch up soon. Life has been busy.
